What else I would like to say
I've been working in Neurophysiology for more than 20 years. My focus lies on the modulation of ion channel and transporter function.
Techniques used in the lab are mainly: (i) Electrophysiological recordings from neuronal and non-neuronal cells (ii) live cell microscopy and (iii) computer simulations.
In the course of the mentoring program I am happy to introduce to students to these techniques and / or assist them with their projects.
