You will find me being a dentist with many years of clinical experience who is now focusing on basic research. My research is on regenerative dentistry. Our discussions will provide insight into basic research on cell-based bioassays in a laboratory setting. Diploma and doctoral thesis can be conducted in a laboratory environment. Bridging clinical experience with basic research in dentistry is fundamental for motivation and inspiration being a teacher and scientist. Sharing knowledge, answering questions, and accompanying discussions between mentees are critical to advance our knowledge.
